Obituary

Wilmith "Willie" Vernell Elam Geach Pash, 91, passed away June 24, 2015 at Manor Court in Freeport, IL. She was born on September 24, 1923 to Joel Marion and Emma (Bingham) Elam near Donnellson, IL. Willie attended grade school and part of high school at Mulberry Grove, IL she then moved to Polo, IL where she graduated in 1941.

She worked as a telephone operator and her father's bookkeeper. She married John Geach in 1944. They moved to Warren and she worked at the Chevrolet car dealer. Her son, Mark Alan Geach was born to her and John in 1948 and a daughter Jan Elaine Geach (Pearson) was born in 1955. "Willie" worked at the Warren Bank for 20 years and then married Fred Pash in 1973. After they both retired, they spent many winters in Florida and traveling.

"Willie" was a fifty year member of Eastern Star, and a member of the Warren United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her husband, Fred Pash, son, Mark Geach, son-in-law, Kim Pearson, granddaughter Lori (Geach) Basso, grandsons: Jason Pearson, Chris Geach and Kirk Pearson, along with 4 great grandsons.

She is preceded in death by her parents, first husband, John Geach, and one daughter, Jan Pearson.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00AM Monday, June 29, 2015 at the Warren United Methodist Church with a visitation beginning at 10:00AM until the time of service.

Officiating will be Pastor Roger Bronkema.

Burial will be at Elmwood Cemetery.
