Terry S.  Hay, 71, of Lena passed away at his home on Saturday, July 3, 2021.  He was born on May 25, 1950 to John, Jr. and Lusetta (Olson) Hay in Monroe, WI.  Terry was a 1968 graduate of Warren High School.  He married June Sedwick on August 23, 1980. Terry was a dedicated and lifelong trucker who valued hard work.

Terry is survived by his son, Christopher Hay of Lakewood, WA ; granddaughter Aurora Hay of Lakewood, WA; sister Sharon (Mike) Donahue of Dubuque, IA; three brothers: John (Jan) Hay of New Glarus, WI, Gary (Gwen) Hay of Warren, IL and Kevin (Yvonne) Hay of Warren, IL and nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife June, his parents, and in-laws.

Visitation will be held from 9:00 am until the time of service, Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 8, 2021 at St. John's Lutheran Church in Lena.

Officiating will be Rev. Rick Bader

Burial will be held at the Lena Burial Park.

A memorial has been established in his name.
