Obituary

Terrila "Terry" Marshall, age 69 of Warren, IL, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on November 21, 2018 in Monroe, WI. She was born on March 24, 1949 in Columbus, Ohio, the daughter of Kenneth and Vondalee Lawson Osborn. She married Brian Marshall on May 18 in 1996. She was a member of the United Methodist Church in Warren. Terry always loved children and ran her own daycare. As the oldest of her siblings she learned the mothering instinct at an early age, and was commonly known as "Mom" from her children's friends. She was also known for the beautiful cakes she would make for everyone. She also enjoyed sewing quilts. Her biggest love in life was spending time with her family.

Terry is survived by her second husband Brian of Warren; children - Kimberly (Jeff) Stephens of South Dakota, Michael (Shannon) Rekar of South Dakota, Tamera Kavouras of Trevor, WI, Jerry (Karleen) Cockrum of Wildwood, IL, and Brian (Courtney) Marshall of New Hampshire; grandchildren- Eric (Angela) Campbell, Ashley Sandidge, Brittney Campbell, Austin Cockrum, Emma Cockrum, and David Bahena; great-granchildren - Raylynn, Jessica, Molly, Holley, and two more on the way; siblings- Kenny Lee (Jane) Osborn, Robin (Joe) Busenbark, Marsha Osborn, Steven Osborn, Paula (Bill) Dent, Paul (Donna) Osborn, Laurie Weaver, and Will Osborn.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Cindy Osborn, her first husband Jerry Lynn Cockrum, daughter Cynthia Bahena, and son-in-law Nicholas Kavouras, III.

Visitation will be held from 9:00 – 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 15, 2018 at the Warren United Methodist Church in Warren, IL.

Funeral service will follow, starting at 11:00 a.m. at the church.

Officiating will be Rev. Roger Bronkema.

Per Terry's wishes, she will be cremated and laid to rest next to her first husband, Jerry.
