Sandra S. Bilgri, age 82 of Orangeville, IL, passed away on April 2, 2026, surrounded by her family. She was born on July 14, 1943, in Monroe, WI, the daughter of Robert and Edna (Krueger) Foulker. Sandra married Rudolph Bilgri on February 1, 1964.

She was a beautician in her younger years and later worked in the cafeterias for the Orangeville High school and then at Highland Community College. Sandra enjoyed puzzles, reading, and was very fond of dog sitting Marty. Mom always made sure we were well fed, especially during planting and harvest seasons. She made the best Nut Bread.

Sandra is survived by her two sons- Greg (Naleta) and Jason both of Orangeville; two grandchildren- Alyson (Joshua) Harbaugh of Dubuque, IA and Ethan (Lauren) Bilgri of New Glarus, WI; sister Linda Foesch of Portland, OR; brothers-in-law- Alois (Carol) Bilgri of Scales Mound, IL, Bernie Bilgri of Olympia, WA, and Dave (Jan) Bilgri of Beaver Dam, WI;

sisters-in-law- Connie Kaiser of Forreston, IL, Sandy Bilgri of Lena, and Larry Ellison (Dave) of Freeport, IL; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Rudolph on October 29, 2021, brother Richard Foulker, brothers-in-law- Albert Bilgri and Joseph Bilgri Jr.

Sandra's family would like to thank Jessica, Sarah, Dr. Kara and all the hospice providers for their wonderful care.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 11, 2026, from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. for friends and family at the Beltline Café, 325 West South Street in Freeport, IL.
