Rose M. Wand, 65, of Lena, IL passed away on August 14, 2014 at the Lena Living Center. She was born on February 5, 1949 to Elmer A. and Janice H. (Doubler) Wand in Freeport, IL. Rose farmed alongside her family on the farm for many years. She enjoyed knitting, puzzles, gardening and spending time with her nieces and nephews.

She is survived by her siblings; Ruth (Eugene) Martin of Warren, IL, Gary Wand of Warren, IL, Kenneth Wand of Warren, IL, Mary Ann (Duane) Ruef of Janesville, WI, Stanley (Kathy) Wand of Warren, IL, and Ronald Wand of Nora, IL, and many nieces and nephews.

Rose was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers; Robert, Elmer Jr., and infant Paul Eugene Wand.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday August 19, 2014 at St. Ann's Catholic Cemetery in Warren, IL.
