Roger L. Keene, 76, of Warren, formerly of Dallas, N.C. passed away on November 5, 2025.  He was born on September 1, 1949, in Jolo, W.V. to Sylvester and Hattie (Vance) Keene.  Roger served his country in the United States Army serving two tours in the Vietnam War. Roger married Theda Gaye Thompson on November 25, 2007, in Whitesville, N.C.

Roger is survived by his son, Roger Dean of Lexington, N.C.; step-sons: Raymond (Ann) McKinley of Warren, Rodney (Lillian) McKinley of Ashboro, N.C., Randy (Charlene) McKinley of Dallas, N.C., and Jason (Kaye) Mitchell of Charlotte, N.C.; Step-daughter Jennifer Pruitt of Mt. Holly, N.C.; six grandchildren; sister Betty McDonald of O'calla, FL; step-brother, Jerry Blackbourn of O'calla, FL, and special niece Gracie Christopher.

He was preceded by his wife Theda and daughter Delorse Keene.

Cremation rites have been accorded.
