Robert "Tiny" C. Englert, 60, of Lena, IL formerly of Huntley, IL passed away at his home on Monday, July 13, 2020.  He was born on May 1, 1960 to August and Rose (Exner) Englert in Elgin, IL.  Robert graduated from Huntley High School.  He owned and operated his own trucking company.  Robert then joined the Local 150 Union as a heavy equipment operator.  Robert enjoyed hunting, fishing, and drag racing, especially in Byron.  He also enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandson Hunter.

Robert is survived by his children; Heather Roepke of Appleton, WI and Kyle Englert of Lena, IL, grandson Hunter Englert, beloved dog Dazy, and his sister Catherine (Terry) Christensen, and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother Terry and sister Pat, and son Jason in infancy.

Per Robert's wishes, cremation rites were accorded, and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.

A memorial has been established in his memory.
