Patricia A. Tinsley, 74, of Lanark, IL passed away at FHN Memorial Hospital on Thursday, July 1, 2021.  She was born on February 26, 1947 to Edward and Lorraine (Smythe) Tepper in Chicago, IL.  Patricia married Jack Tinsley, he preceded her in death in 2002.

Patricia enjoyed going fishing, playing with her dog McGraw, working at the crocked roof and spending time with her family.

Patricia is survived by her step-children; Jack (Melissa) Tinsley and Christopher Tinsley, six grandchildren, her sister Judith (Bob) Meador, and two nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Jack.

Per Patricia's request, no services will be held.

Cremation rites have been accorded.
