Noreen Gile 67, of Cedarville formerly of Warren passed away at Liberty Village with her family by her side on Sunday, January 13, 2019. She was born on February 12, 1951 in Freeport, Il to Ralph and Marjorie (Eckerman) Homb. She married Robert Gile on June 26, 1971 at St. Ann Catholic Church in Warren. Noreen was a beautician for 48 years and she was very particular about her hair and skin, and overall appearance. She ran her own beauty shop for 48 years and always tried to accommodate everyone she could. She worked at Liberty Village Estates of Freeport for 10 years. She enjoyed doing crafts, telling jokes and hearing jokes, playing euchre and rummy. Her religion was very big part of her life. She served as President of the Altar Rosary Society for St. Ann Catholic Church.

She is survived by her husband Robert of Cedarville, son Jason Gile of Cedarville, brothers and sisters; William (Marlene) Homb, Jerry (Mardell) Homb, Daniel (Rita) Homb, Michelle Lethlean, John Homb, Kevin Homb, Brian Homb and Theresa (Scott) VenHuizen, numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews, brothers and sisters-in-laws Ronald (Betty) Gile, Glenda (Ben) Temple, Michael (Kay) Gile, Barbara (Tim) Zeigle and Dennis (Barbara) Gile.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers-in-law Robert Lethlean, David Gile, Gary Gile and Patrick Gile

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday January 18, 2019 at St. Ann Catholic Church in Warren.

A visitation will be from 4-7:30 PM on Thursday January 17, 2019 at St. Ann Catholic Church and again from 10:00 AM until time of services on Friday at the church.

The rosary will be prayed at 3:45 PM on Thursday.

Rev. Father Michael Morrissey and Father Andrew Skrobutt will officiate the services.

Cremation rites will be accorded.

A memorial has been established in her name.
