Nikita M. Martin age 28, passed away surrounded by her family and friends on Friday August 20, 2021 at FHN Memorial Hospital in Freeport, IL. She was born on December 21, 1992 in Freeport to Janie (Niemann) Martin. She graduated from Warren High School in 2011 and from Capri College of Massage Therapy in Dubuque in 2012. She owned and operated Massage By Nikita for 8 years. She was employed by the Girl Scouts of Northwest, Illinois. Nikita enjoyed crocheting, arts and crafts, and spending time with her family and friends.

She is survived by her mom; Janie Martin of Warren, IL, brother; Kerry L. Martin (Heather) of Tijeras, NM, Special nephew; Callan Martin (he called her Aunt KiKi)

Grandfather; Delmar (Joyce) Niemann of Stockton, IL, Grandmother; Carolyn Niemann of Warren. Uncles; Jeff (Lynette) Niemann of Waddams Grove, John Niemann of Warren, Eric Niemann of Stockton and Melissa (Adam) Fleege of Hazel Green, WI. many cousins, and her boyfriend; Terry (TJ) Forrester of Freeport.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday August 26, 2021 at 1:00 pm at the Bartell-Leamon Funeral Home in Warren, IL.

Visitation will be on Wednesday August 25, 2021 from 3:00 till 7:00 pm at the Bartell-Leamon Funeral Home in Warren, IL.

Pastor Roger Bronkema will officiate.

Burial is at Elmwood Cemetery, Warren, IL

A memorial has been established in her name.
