Stockton-Nelda Ione Schultz, 91, of Stockton died on Friday, October 31, 2014 at the Elizabeth Nursing Home. She was born on May 20, 1923 in Warren, IL to Dr. Ira and Myra (Rindesbacher) Perry. Nelda was a 1941 graduate of Warren High School.
She was employed by the Illinois Northern Utility Company before going to Rockford to work on airplane parts during the war. Nelda married Cecil Schultz on February 20, 1946 and farmed in Lafayette County, Wisconsin before moving to Stockton where she and her husband published the Scoop for many years. She enjoyed playing cards, morning coffee with friends and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Cecil passed away on October 26, 1977. Her son David Schultz passed away on May 28, 2006. She is also preceded in death by her parents, a infant brother and sister Pauline Perry.
Nelda is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Kim (Mike) Woolcock, grandson Kyle Woolcock, granddaughter Lauryn Woolcock, daughter-in-law Jackie Schultz and sister Rowline Reusch.

Visitation will be held from 2:00 to 5:00 PM on Sunday, November 2, 2014 at Bartell-Leamon Funeral Home in Warren, IL.
A memorial has been established in her name.
