Myrna Seuring, age 91 of Lena died peacefully in her home on February 26 ^th , 2019.

Myrna was born August 16 ^th , 1927 to Earl and Bernice Zimmerman and graduated from Freeport High School in 1945. On February 1 ^st 1948 she married Myron Seuring. He died January 25 ^th 2008. Myrna was a member of the Lena United Methodist Church and a founding member of the Lena Women's Club.

Surviving are her sons, Kevin (Robin) of Rockford and Kent (Nancy) of Lena. Grandchildren Jennifer Seuring and Michael Seuring of Rockford, Kyle Seuring of Lena and Brandon Seuring of Champaign IL. Great grandchildren Madeline and Jackson Seuring of Rockford

Proceeding her in death were her husband Myron, sister Marilyn Miller and brother Weldon Zimmerman.

A Memorial Service is scheduled for 11 AM, Saturday March 9th at Leamon's Funeral Home in Lena IL.

Officiating will be Pastor Keri Rainsberger.

A luncheon will be provided at the Lena United Methodist Church following the Memorial Service.

In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established for FHN Hospice Care.
