Marjorie A. Rolando, age 91, passed away on Monday July 24, 2017 at her home. She was born on June 23, 1926 at the Olson Farm in Gratiot Township to Arthur and Irma Dell (Stevens) Olson. She graduated from Warren High School in 1945. She married William Rolando on November 29, 1954 at the West Wiota Lutheran Church. She lived in Nora, IL for 55 years and served as treasurer of the Village of Nora. They were blessed with two lovely daughters Laura Ann and Joan Dell. Marjorie retired after 29 years with the United Stated Postal Service as a Postal Clerk and was also an Officer in charge at the Nora Post Office and the Apple River Post Office.

She was a member of the Warren United Methodist Church. She belonged to the Warren Birthday Club, Warren Women's Club, Nora-Warren 500 card club. On the board of the Warren #205 Scholarship Club.

Marjorie is survived by two daughters; Laura (Alec) Ruble and Joan (Dean) Welt, 3 grandchildren; Lisa (Brandon) Bull, Kathryn (Colin Ebbers) Ruble, and Anthony (Maria Vasquez) Welt, great-grandchild Nathan Bull.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 AM on Friday July 28, 2017 at the Bartell-Leamon Funeral Home in Warren, IL.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 till 7:00PM on Thursday July 27, 2017 at the Bartell-Leamon Funeral Home in Warren.

Interment will be at the Nora Cemetery.

A memorial has been established for the Warren United Methodist Church.
