Obituary

Lucille V. Rackow, age 83, passed away on Saturday August 1, 2015 in Monroe, WI. She was born on July 25, 1932 in Baileyville, IL to Jesse and Katie (Funk) Miller. Lucille married Eldon Rackow on October 29, 1950 in Freeport, IL. She and her husband farmed all their lives in the Orangeville area. Lucille was an Avon representative and unit leader for 45 years.  She was a member of Mt. Olive Evangelical Lutheran Church in Monroe, WI. Lucille enjoyed bowling, playing bridge, antiques and flea markets, and working on the farm. She always enjoyed her grandkids visiting her on the farm.

She is survived by her husband, children; Daryl Rackow of McConnell, IL, Diane (Tom) Low of South Carolina, Cindy Rackow of Orangeville, IL, Laurie (Alan) Boeck of Monroe, WI and Tim (Lisa) Rackow of Monroe, WI; eleven grandchildren; Jesse, Dan, Brandy, Chris, Sherrie, Cheryl, Jim Jr., Jordan, Mike, Erica, and Jennifer, 24 great grandchildren, two sisters; Joyce (Marion) Huttenlocker of Stockton, IL and Marian Carter of Red Oak, IL, numerous nieces and nephews.

Lucille was preceded in death by her parents, brother Wilbur Miller and brother-in-law Eugene Carter.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM. Saturday, August 8, 2015 at Mt. Olive Evangelical Church in Monroe, WI.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 PM- 7:00 PM on Friday, August 7, 2015 at the Cramer-Leamon Funeral Home, in Orangeville, IL.

Officiating will be Pastor Donald Swartz.

Interment will be at Grandview Cemetery in Freeport, IL.

A memorial has been established in her name.
