Lois B. Wichmann, 84, of Cedarville, IL passed away on Friday, May 11, 2018 at Manor Court in Freeport. She was born on April 12, 1934 to Alfred and Florence (Fryer) Schulz in Stephenson County. Lois graduated from Orangeville high school in 1951. On December 27, 1952, she married the love of her life, Claire Wichmann, they have one daughter, Diane. Lois was employed at Micro Switch Honeywell for eleven years, and was also a hairdresser for 35 years. She enjoyed flower gardening and home decorating. Lois was a member of Cedarville Emmanuel Church. She was also the proud grandmother of three grandsons and their great-grandchildren.

Lois is survived by her husband Claire of Cedarville, daughter Diane (Terry) Kerchner of Dakota, three grandsons; Joseph (Megan) Kerchner, and their daughters Hailey and Lily, of Dakota, Kevin (Jennifer) Kerchner, and their son Tucker, of Freeport, and Bradley Kerchner of Platteville, WI, and a brother Delmar (Belva) Schulz of Dakota.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at Cedarville Emmanuel Church in Cedarville.

A visitation will be from 4-8:00 PM on Tuesday, May 15, 2018 at the Cramer-Leamon Funeral home in Orangeville.

Craig Conners will officiate the services.

Burial will be at Grandview Cemetery in Freeport, IL.

A memorial has been established in her memory.
