Lloyd Kaul Werner, 85, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, April 23, 2014. Memorial service will be held at 12:00 p.m. Saturday, Dec.6, 2014 at the Bartell-Leamon Funeral Home in Warren, IL. The family will welcome guests at 10:30 a.m. until time of service. Lloyd was born Dec. 24, 1928, in Monroe, Wis., to Elias and Leona Werner. He was a veteran of the Korean War. He was a longtime member of the EAA and a former employee of General Dynamics. He enjoyed flying his private Mooney. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Lloyd was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Rosemary Parry; and aunt, Esther Werner. Survivors: Brother-in-law, Leonard Parry; nephews, Cary Parry, David Parry and wife, Esperanza, Dennis Parry and Gerard Parry; niece, Christine Regal and husband, Randal; great-nephews and great-nieces, and many other loving family members and friends.
