Kenneth A. Wand, 69 passed away on Thursday March 3, 2016 at the Waverly Place Nursing Home in Stockton, IL.
Kenneth was born on November 4, 1946 in Apple River, IL the son of Elmer Andrew and Janice Hazel (Doubler) Wand.
He farmed all of his life on the family farm and for 10 years he also worked for High Plains Pork Farm's near Lena. Ken loved to work on Jigsaw and crossword puzzles and go hunting and fishing with family.
He is survived by two sisters; Ruth (Eugene) Martin of Warren, IL and Mary (Duane) Ruef of Janesville, WI, three brothers; Stanley (Kathy) Wand, Gary Wand and Ronnie Wand all of Warren, IL. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers Paul, Robert, and Elmer Jr. and one sister Rose.
Cremation Rites have been accorded to his wishes.
Graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday March 7, 2016 at Elmwood Cemetery, Warren, IL.
