June A. Hay age 62, passed away unexpectedly at her home on Thursday November 9, 2017. She was born on September 21, 1955 to Dan and June (Maine) Sedwick in Blackwell, OK. She married Terry Hay on August 23, 1980. She worked as a secretary for Met Life in Freeport, IL. She was a member of St. John's Lutheran. She enjoyed flowers and watching the birds.

She is survived by her husband Terry of Lena, IL, Son Chris Hay of Washington and a granddaughter Aurora. Many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, infant brother and 4 brothers.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday November 14, 2017 at 11:00 AM at St. John's Lutheran Church in Lena.

Visitation will be held from 9:00 till time of services on Tuesday.

A memorial has been established in her memory.
