Jeremy R. McNutt, age 34, passed away on Tuesday, June 30, 2015 at the University of Wisconsin Hospital in Madison, WI.

He was born on July 29, 1980 in Monroe, WI, the son of Tim McNutt and Debra Remmers. He married Mindy Nolan on July 30, 2005 at St. John's Lutheran Church in Lena. He graduated from Warren High School in 1999. Jeremy served his country in the United States Army. He has been employed by Stockton Cheese and then Gavilon Grain since it opened in Warren. Jeremy was a good artist who loved history, target shooting, watching movies, and most of all spending time with his family. He will be deeply missed by friends and family.

Jeremy is survived by his wife Mindy of Lena; 3 children- Gabrielle, Natalie, and Hayden all of Lena; father Tim (Tina) McNutt of Mt. Carroll, IL; mother Deb (Terry) Weegens of Loveland, CO; grandparents Eli and Betty McNutt of Warren, Donald and Joyce Remmers of Machesney Park, IL ; 2 brothers – Sam and Ben McNutt ; 4 sisters- Lindsey Weegens, and Elizabeth (Jeremiah) Bentley, Angie Cox, Allison (Peter) Barth; father-in-law Dennis Nolan; Sister-in-law Stacey (Mike) Plavchak; several nieces, nephews, aunt, uncles, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his brother Jamie McNutt in 2007 and his mother-in-law Sally Nolan in 2008.

Visitation will be held from 3:00 – 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 5, 2015 at the Leamon Funeral Home in Lena.

Funeral service will be held at noon on Monday, July 6, 2015 at St. John's Lutheran Church in Lena.

Officiating will be Rev. Rick Bader.

Interment will take place at the Lena Burial Park.

A memorial has been established in his name.
