Jeff T. Hale age 63, passed away on Sunday, August 9, 2015 in Monroe, WI. He was born on December 27, 1951 in Freeport, IL to Kenneth and Gladys (McKee) Hale. He enjoyed model cars, fishing, motorcycle riding and garage sales.

Jeffrey is survived by one daughter Lana (Bradley Reichert) Hale; two sisters- Pamela Krick of Rochelle, IL and Sharon Nicklaus of Monroe, WI; six nieces and nephews; a great nephew Skyler Neff and special friends Perry (Lois) Bond and Jeff Clark both of Monroe, WI.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Gordy, twin children Corie and Jenny, niece Lori, and sister-in-law Gloria.

Services will be held on Saturday, August 15, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at the Bartell-Leamon Funeral Home, Warren, IL.

Visitation will be held prior to the service from 11:00 a.m. till 1:00 p.m.

A gathering will be held at Smiley's Bar in Warren.
A memorial has been established in his name.
