Jacob "Jake" Rodebaugh, 70, of Winslow, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Monday, May 21, 2018. He was born on March 7, 1948 at his home in Winslow to Dude and Bertha (Mani) Rodebaugh. Jake married Doris Block and together they raised two sons; Jason and Jarod. Jake was a supervisor for many years at Newell-Rubbermaid in Freeport, which he retired from. Jake enjoyed hunting and fishing.

He is survived by his sons Jason (Sheila) Rodebaugh of New Lisbon, WI and Jarod (Bernadette) Rodebaugh of Grand Junction, CO, three grandsons; Dylan, Brody, and Jaden, brother and sister; Duane Rodebaugh and Karen (Ernie) Wyssbrod, and his good friends Rich Daughebaugh and Bill Bourne.

Jake was preceded in death by his parents, and wife Doris in 2015.

A memorial service will be held at 6:00 PM on Thursday, May 31, 2018 at the Leamon Funeral Home in Winslow, IL.

A visitation will be from 4-6:00 PM on Thursday, May 31, 2018 at the Leamon Funeral Home in Winslow.

A private family graveside service will be held at Rock Lily Cemetery.

A memorial has been established in his name.
