Harold J. Ault, 91 of Orangeville, IL passed away on Tuesday, August 30, 2022 in Lena, IL. He was born on May 12, 1931, to Arthur and Della (Bertalot) Ault in Freeport, IL. He married Jane H. Stauffacher on March 16, 1958 in Monroe, WI and together they raised 2 children.

Harold served his country in the Marines in his younger years. He then went on to work at Newell for 35 years until retirement. In his retirement he worked at Orangeville High School as a janitor.

Harold was a member of the VFW and in his free time he enjoyed hunting, fishing, cutting wood and harvesting walnuts.

He is survived by his daughter- Susan Ault of Orangeville, IL, grandchildren - Kyle (Trinity) Zimmerman, Matthew Zimmerman, and Brett Scott, brother – Jim (Biruta) Ault of Sterling, IL and numerous nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, wife Jane, daughter Annette Scott, and his brothers and sisters.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 29, 2022, from 12:00p.m.-3:00p.m. at United Methodist Church in Orangeville

Cremation rites to be accorded.

A memorial has been established in his name.
