Browntown- Duane H. Meier, 82, of Browntown, WI passed away on Monday September 15, 2014. He was born on April 29, 1932 in South Wayne Township to Henry and Dora (Foulker) Meier. He graduated from South Wanye.

Duane is survived by his wife, Judie; his children: Kathy (Randy) Jones of Warren, IL, John H. (Darlene) Meier of Juda, WI, Frank of Monroe, WI, Karalyn (Steve) Nicholson of Oregon, WI, David D. of Brodhead, WI and Jamie (Ben) Smith of Italy. He is also survived by one grandson, Joshua D. Riese.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 18, 2014 at 2:00 PM at the Bartell-Leamon Funeral Home in Warren, IL with visitation at 1:00 PM until the time of service.

Rev. Randy Nicholas will officiate.

Burial will be at Elmwood Cemetery.

A memorial has been established in his memory.
