Dorthy L. Barker, age 94, died on Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at FHN Memorial Hospital in Freeport, IL.  Due to COVID-19 there will be no visitation or graveside services.

She was born on July 15, 1926 in Oneco Township to Roger and Leotta (Grabow) Bartelt. She married Robert L. Barker on June 28, 1944.

She and her husband farmed for many years until retirement, then moved to Orangeville, IL.

She is survived by one Daughter; Alysia (Chris Wahlig) Bensmiller of Davenport, IA; One sister, Pat (Leroy) Jensen of Freeport, IL;  and one sister-in-law, Marjorie Barker of Orangeville, IL.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and one sister
Mary Lou Miller of Monroe, WI.

A Memorial had been established in her memory for the Orangeville Fire Department.
