Doris E. Rillie, age 91 of Lena, IL, passed away Friday May 16, 2014 at the Lena Living Center. She was born on June 8, 1922 in Lena, IL to Leo and Bertha (Ferguson) Klaas. Doris married Robert L. Rille in Rolla, MO. He passed away on May 9, 1969. Doris was a member of the Lena United Methodist Church for over 50 years and a past member of the Lena Historical Society. She worked at Structo Manufacturing in Freeport, IL and was a homemaker.

Doris is survived by her daughter Cathy (Ernie) Stabenow of McConnell, IL, and a son Mark Rillie of Freeport, IL, eight grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, and a daughter-in-law Bonnie Rillie of Lena, IL.

Doris was preceded in death by her parents, husband Robert, two sons Lee and Scott Rillie, and a sister Eldora Isenberger.

Private family graveside services will be held at 11:30 AM on Tuesday May 27, 2014 at the Lena Burial Park.

Officiating the service will be Rev. Doug Carroll.
