Donna M. Schermerhorn, 69, of Lena, IL passed away on Wednesday, December 10, 2014 at the Lena Living Center. She was born on March 4, 1945 to Clifford and Meriel (Sharpe) Euhus in Johnstown, PA. She graduated from Genoa-Kingston High School in Genoa, IL. She married Boyd Schermerhorn on December 31, 1993 at the Laurel Street Church of God in Freeport, IL. She was employed by Kent Cheese in Kent, IL, and RGIS Inventory Service. She was a member of the Martintown Community Church. Donna enjoyed her flower gardens, buying and selling antiques at different shows in Pecatonica, Freeport, Savanna and Thompson area. She also enjoyed taking rides on the Goldwing with Boyd, covering 35 states. She also enjoyed visiting covered bridges across the country.

Donna is survived by her husband Boyd of Lena, IL; brothers Larry (Angie) Euhus of DeKalb, IL, Barry (Sheree) Euhus of Genoa, IL; sister Dayna Euhus of Ohio; step-sons Wayne (Brad) Schermerhorn of Cherry Valley, and Mark (Lisa) Carlson of Cashton, WI; step-grand children Brandon and Bridget Carlson; four nieces, one great niece, one great nephew, numerous cousins and close friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and sister Vickie Euhus.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, December 13, 2014 at Martintown Community Church in Martintown, WI.

A visitation will be held from 12:00 noon until time of services on Saturday.

Pastor Kevin Cernek will officiate at the service.

Burial will be at Lena Burial Park in Lena, IL.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in her memory.
