Donna J. Pax, 78, formerly of Warren, IL and has lived in Florida since 1998, passed away on October 9, 2017 at the Healthmark Regional Medical Center in Defuniak, FL. Donna was born on December 31, 1938 to Leo and Zelma (DeGunther) Grindey in Freeport. She enjoyed her dogs, bowling, and making fabric apples.

Donna is survived by her four sons; Doug (Theresa) of Warren, Laverne (Marcia) of Lena, Kevin (Janet Lindenman) of Lena, and Steve (Jen) of Warren, grandchildren; Damon Pax, Cassi (Mike) Kriebs, Devin, Austin and Madysen Pax, step grandchildren; Crystal (Ryan) Vanderheyden, Larry and Michael Taylor, great grandchildren; Brody and Paxton Kriebs, step great-grandchildren; Noah, Isaiah, and Ella Vanderheyden, and Emerson Marshall, sister Twyla (Sheridan) Watson of Florida, and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and grandson Allan John (AJ) Pax.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, October 14, 2017 at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Warren.

Visitation will be from 9:00 until time of services on Saturday, at the church.

Pastor Intern Bryan Odeen will officiate the services.

Burial will be at Elmwood Cemetery in Warren.

A memorial has been established in her name.
