David William Determan, 52, of Warren, passed away on Friday April 9, 2021 at OSF St. Anthony Medical Center in Rockford, IL. He was born on July 21, 1968 to William and Mary (Philipps) Determan in Darlington, WI. He graduated from Warren High School in 1986. He married Connie McCord in 1992. Together they operated a dairy farm for 25 years. David enjoyed helping people.  He furthered his education by becoming a paramedic, and teaching EMT classes in Madison, WI.  Most currently, David was a paramedic for Star Ambulance and the surrounding areas. He enjoyed his farm and the outdoors; fishing and animals.  He was an avid model train collector.

He is survived by his father William (Patricia) Determan of Pecatonica, IL, mother Mary (Richard Rose) Determan of Warren, IL, 2 brothers; Greg Determan of Flossmore, IL and Dan (Kristin) Determan of McFarland, WI, Nieces and Nephew; Jacob and Serena Determan and Emma Determan.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents; Roman and Ila Determan and Mary and Vince Phillips.

Private family services will be held at St. Ann Catholic Church in Warren, IL.

Father Andrew Skrobutt will officiate the services.

Cremation rites have been accorded.

Burial will be at St. Ann Catholic Cemetery in Warren, IL.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in his memory.
