Darryl Wager 81, passed away at his home on December 22, 2018. He was born on June 12, 1937 to David and Mary (Kratky) Wager in Chicago, IL. He worked as a self- employed heating and refrigeration repairman. During his retirement, he enjoyed going on drives with his dog to go feed the animals at his son's farm. He was always there for his family and friends; it didn't matter what time of the day. If you called he was there.

He loved his family and was a wonderful father, brother, uncle, and nephew. During his last weeks he was visited and surrounded by his family and friends.

Darryl is survived by his children Mary Larson, Natalie (Ken) Lamire, Kim (Ron) Pringle, Carol Wager, Patty Mclver, Kathy Wager, David Wager and Becky Pruessing, Sisters-Joann Kuper and Carol Dzierla. He is also survived by many grandchildren, and great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews,

He was preceded in death by his parents David and Mary (Kratky) Wager and two sisters, Marilyn Olandese and Phyllis Murar.

Per Darryl's request, no services are being held. Cremation rites were accorded. Arrangements were completed by Bartell- Leamon Funeral Home, Lena, IL.
