D. Lorraine Cook, 91 of Warren, IL passed away on Sunday, June 16, 2019 at Manor Court of Freeport. Lorraine was born on July 26, 1927 to Delvin and Stella (Rife) Wilcox in Stockton, IL. She married Donald Cook on December 16, 1945 at the Apple River United Methodist Church. Lorraine was a homemaker, and worked at Cook's Supermarket for many years. She enjoyed quilting, camping, sewing, playing cards; 500 and euchre, and was also an avid reader. Lorraine was a member of the Warren United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her children Dianne (Donald) Korte, Michael R. Cook, Janan (Jeff) McNett all of Warren, IL; seven grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great granddaughter; one sister Sandra McGraw of Independence, IA; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Donald in 2014, brother Gerald Wilcox, and great-granddaughter Paris Vaughn.

Memorial services will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, June 29, 2019 at the Bartell-Leamon Funeral Home in Warren, IL.

A visitation will be from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PMat the Bartell-Leamon Funeral Home in Warren, IL.

Pastor Roger Bronkema will officiate the services.

Cremation rites have been accorded.

Burial will be at Elmwood Cemetery in Warren, IL.

A memorial has been established in her memory.
