Cathryn "Peggy" Louise Hawkinson, 81, passed away Wednesday, February 24, 2016 at Pleasant View Nursing Home in Monroe, WI. She was born August 20, 1934 in Waddams Grove, Illinois to George and Bernice (Evans) Yeager. Cathryn married Allen Hawkinson on April 30, 1960 in Apple River, IL. She was employed at Crum & Forestors /St. Paul Insurance Company.

Cathryn was member of St. Joseph Catholic Church of Lena. She enjoyed traveling, reading and spending time with her family especially with her grandchildren.

Cathryn is survived by her husband, Allen of Lena; Children: Scott (Christine) of Dodgeville, WI Marsha (Mark) Bosch of Plainfield, IL, Steve (Connie) of Monroe, WI and Lori (Kevin) Upmann of Warren, IL and Rhonda of Antioch, TN; one brother, George Yeager Jr. of Sarasota, FL; six grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded by her parents, brother William "Bill", Sister Carol Thiltgen; brothers-in-law Gary Hawkinson, Ralph Mau and sister-in-law Judy Hawkinson.

A funeral service will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Church at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, March 1, 2016.

Visitation will be from 4:00 to 8:00 PM on Monday, February 29, 2016 at the Leamon Funeral Home in Lena.

Officiating will be Fr. Andrew Skrobutt.

Burial will be at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
