Brad Moore, 60, lifelong resident of Lena, passed away in Iowa, Monday, April 26, 2021 as a result of a vehicle accident. He was born July 14, 1960 to Ernest "Bud" and Janice Moore of Eleroy.

He owned and operated Comfort Control heating and air conditioning for over 30 years. He was everyone's "on call" handyman. He was a "Johnny-on-the-spot" trouble shooter...all you had to do is let him know what you needed and he would do his best to take care of it. So many have their own "Brad to the rescue" stories to tell. He loved 'shooting the breeze' with people...whether he knew you or not. Always enjoyed having breakfast with his friends, grilling at AJ's, and helping the Lion's with the Fall Festival every year.

He is survived by 2 sisters; Jennilyn Holland of Rockford and Joellyn (Doug) Hughes of Freeport, One niece, Cortney Hubbard and her children; Patrick, Lily and Karrigan of Roscoe and best friend, Scrappy...along with many dear, loyal friends.

He was preceded in death by both parents.

Cremation rites have been accorded.

There will be no service at this time.
